1. Service Agreement

By engaging with Time to Reflect Counselling's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include professional counselling provided by qualified practitioners.

2. Counselling Sessions

2.1 Session Duration

Standard counselling sessions are 50 minutes in duration. The initial consultation is offered free of charge.

2.2 Cancellations

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged at the full session rate.

3. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with BACP ethical guidelines. However, there are legal and ethical limits to confidentiality, including:

• Risk of serious harm to self or others
• Legal requirements to disclose information
• Child protection concerns

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of service
• We accept various payment methods including bank transfer and card payments
• Current fees are listed on our Location & Fees page

5. Professional Conduct

Our counsellors adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. We maintain professional boundaries and work within our competencies.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
